What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Rutlands ships to all 50 states and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery network to include international destinations in the near future.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website. You can also view your order status by logging into your Rutlands account.
