Returns & Exchanges

At Rutlands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Rutlands account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping center and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
