These cross dowels, connector bolts and washers are designed for use within cross dowel joinery, a system used for its incredible strength and ability to withstand high levels of torque, commonly found in flat-pack furniture and framing construction. Cross dowel joints can be repeatedly disassembled and reassembled with no degradation to the workpiece.
This set consists of 30 M8 x 15mm cross dowel barrel nuts, 30 M8 x 60mm hex head connector bolts and 30 washers. Each cross dowel barrel nut is slotted at one end for easy alignment with the connector bolt, with its threaded hole positioned centrally along its length. The connector bolts are grade 10.9, engineered for high tensile strength and excellent wear resistance. Hex heads allow for easy application of torque.
Supplied as a pack of 30 bolts, barrel nuts and washers in a bright steel finish. ©
