Easy Jig for Sign Making Kit

This easy jig for the R5088 sign making kit simplifies the sign routing process even further, providing pinpoint alignment and a strong, secure hold on both the template and workpiece. Clamping templates to the workpiece in the traditional manner can be both time consuming and problematic, often obstructing the movement of the router. This jig eliminates the need for bulky clamps, allowing you to route unobstructed, for faster and easier sign production.

The assembly of the jig is quickly adjusted to accommodate horizontal or vertical signs, with ergonomic, user-friendly star knobs locking the jig rigidly in place. The lateral position of the template can be easily adjusted through the use of two sliding arms, allowing you to fine tune the letter position prior to routing. Crisp, clear graduated scales are laser etched on all working faces of the jig, ensuring your sign is perfectly placed and parallel to the workpiece.
