This kit combines an exceptional 18 gauge finish nailer with a brushless cordless 18V compressor, specifically designed for nailing operations. It also features 10 metres of highly flexible, non-marring air hose and all necessary quick connection fittings. 

Finish Nailer 18 Gauge - 15mm to 50mm
This 18 gauge pneumatic finish nailer is designed for cabinet and drawer construction, panelling, applying decorative moulding, casing and trim or other fine detail work. The nailer drives 1.2mm diameter nails, from 15mm to 50mm in length, with the fine heads displacing minimal material for driving tight up to an edge without splitting the wood. Developed to meet the demands of professionals, the nailer features a high durability heat-treated firing pin, engineered to ensure consistent, long-lasting performance, reducing both downtime and maintenance. 

The side-loading magazine provides quick and easy loading of up to 110 nails. Select between either full sequential firing for precision, single shot nailing, or switch to contact or ‘bump’ firing when rapid fastening is required. The double trigger mechanism ensures operator safety, preventing against accidental firing during use. Depth adjustment is made tool-free, for near-instant switching between flush or countersunk firing. The quick release nose mechanism allows for fast access and nail removal in the event of a jam.

Ergonomically designed, the nailer combines robust build quality with a lightweight aluminium die-cast housing, resulting an in overall weight of only 1.39kg for reduced operator fatigue. The precision machined piston assembly provides smooth, kick-back free firing and a vibration emission level of only 1.9m/s2.

Brushless Cordless 18V Compressor - 6 Litre
The Rutlands® brushless cordless 18V compressor has been specifically designed for use with nail guns and delivers quiet, low vibration operation for a comfortable working environment. Supplied with two 18V 4Ah li-ion batteries and a dual port charger, the compressor uses 'high pressure technology' to deliver the power and performance of a larger compressor in a smaller, more portable package. Featuring both a high-efficiency 540W brushless motor and an oil-free pump, the compressor delivers simple, reliable and maintenance-free operation. 

Delivering up to 53 litres of air per minute from 0 to 8 bar pressure, the compressor features two pressure gauges, one to measure the pressure in the 6 litre tank and the other to measure output pressure to the tool. Auto-restart technology automatically refills the air within the tank, ensuring the output pressure to the tool remains constant during use. With intelligent power management, the compressor will run at full power on just one battery, or both batteries can be used to double the runtime during longer tasks. With two batteries installed the compressor will deliver up to 1,500 shots per charge, and a run time of approximately 25 minutes. ©
