Horizontal Toggle Clamp - 40mm

With traditional toggle clamps considerable time is taken setting up the clamp to suit the workpiece height, there is no setup required with these auto adjusting clamps as they automatically adjust to suit the workpiece height while maintaining a constant clamping pressure. The clamping pressure can be set between 100N and 3000N depending on the application of the clamp and this can be adjusted easily with the simple turn of a screw. Toggle clamps are perfect for custom made jigs for your router tables or they are equally useful mounted to workbenches.

These clamps feature a horizontal base plate with standard toggle mounting holes to fix accessories to such as toggle clamp plates. Constructed from nickel coated steel forgings for strength and durability each clamp features an ergonomically designed handle to allow you to easily transfer the clamping force. The clamp can be disengaged very quickly and smoothly. Each clamp features a swivelling clamping shoe which is non-marring that can accommodate irregular shaped work.

The maximum workpiece thickness the clamps can accommodate is 40mm and they have a maximum reach of 60mm. ©
